The Fédération Luxembourgeoise d’Escrime (FLE) is proud to announce the 2026 Luxembourg National Fencing Championships, which will take place over two consecutive weekends at the Centre National d’Escrime in Luxembourg City.
A significant milestone in the development of the sport will be reached on 20–21 June 2026 with the organisation of the first-ever Luxembourg National Championships for the U11, U13 and U15 age groups. For the first time, young fencers in these categories will have the opportunity to compete for official national titles, highlighting the continued growth and success of youth fencing in the Grand Duchy.
The championships will continue on 27–28 June 2026 with competitions for the U17, U20 and Senior categories. Athletes will compete in all three weapons – foil, épée and sabre – with the Senior Championships once again organised as an international open event.
All competitions will be held at the Centre National d’Escrime, 90 rue Ermesinde, L-1469 Luxembourg, bringing together athletes, coaches, officials and supporters for two weekends of high-level competition and sporting excellence.
With competitors ranging from the country’s youngest talents to its leading senior athletes, the 2026 Luxembourg National Championships will showcase the full spectrum of fencing in Luxembourg and mark an important new chapter in the sport’s development.
The FLE looks forward to welcoming participants and visitors from Luxembourg and abroad to celebrate one of the highlights of the national fencing season.
